Operating Hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, booking hourly time, receiving a digital access code, entering the premises, or otherwise using The Jam Zone Music Studio & Practice Facility (“The Jam Zone”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions effective as of the date of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the facility.
2. Membership & Pricing
Hourly Usage - $50 per hour
Payment is due at time of booking or immediately following use.
Monthly Membership - $125 per month
Includes up to eight (8) hours per week of studio usage
Unused weekly hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing
Memberships are non-transferable
All fees must be paid in full and on time.
3. Membership Auto-Renewal
All monthly memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize The Jam Zone to automatically charge the payment method on file each month on the same calendar date as the original sign-up date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date.
Failure to provide timely written notice will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.
The Jam Zone reserves the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable notice.
ADDENDUM A: Late Fee Policy
Payments not received within three (3) calendar days of the due date are considered late.
A late fee of $25 or 10% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) may be assessed.
Failure to remit payment within seven (7) days of the due date may result in:
Immediate suspension of membership
Deactivation of digital access code
Denial of facility access until balance is paid in full
The Jam Zone reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ADDENDUM B: Digital Door Lock Code Agreement
The Jam Zone utilizes a digital door lock system for facility access.
By receiving an access code, you agree to the following:
Access codes are confidential and may not be shared.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your access code.
You will not grant entry to unauthorized individuals.
You will ensure the door is securely closed and locked upon exiting.
Violation of this agreement may result in:
Immediate code deactivation
Termination of membership without refund
Financial liability for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access
The Jam Zone reserves the right to change access codes at any time for security purposes.
ADDENDUM C: Security Camera & Surveillance Disclosure
For the safety and protection of members, guests, and property, The Jam Zone utilizes video surveillance throughout the facility.
By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to video recording.
Security cameras may be located in:
Common areas
Entry and exit points
Studio spaces
Equipment areas
Video footage may be used for:
Security purposes
Investigation of misconduct
Protection against theft or damage claims
Cameras are not installed in private restroom areas.
4. Honor System Policy
The Jam Zone operates on an honor system. All users agree to:
Accurately report studio time used
Pay for all time used
Leave the facility clean, organized, and ready for the next user
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Equipment Use & Responsibility
All members and authorized users may utilize studio equipment.
You agree to:
Exercise protective and reasonable care
Use equipment only as intended
Immediately report any damage or malfunction
Users may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to report damage.
6. No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the facility.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access privileges without refund.
7. BYOB Policy
Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) is permitted.
However:
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited
Excessive intoxication is not permitted
Spills must be cleaned immediately
Management reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.
8. Privacy & Conduct Policy
To maintain a professional and respectful environment:
Respect the privacy of all members
No photographing, recording, copying, or distributing another person’s work without explicit permission
No harassment, threats, or disruptive conduct
Clean and reset all equipment and spaces after use
Violations may result in suspension or permanent revocation of membership without refund.
9. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By entering or using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
Use of musical instruments and studio equipment
Physical movement within the premises
Participation in creative or rehearsal activities
The Jam Zone, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Property damage
Theft or loss
Accidents occurring on the premises
You hereby release and hold harmless The Jam Zone from any claims arising from use of the facility.
10. Right to Refuse Service
The Jam Zone reserves the right to:
Refuse service
Suspend or terminate memberships
Modify policies at any time
Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting and apply to all future use.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, including all addendums, constitute the entire agreement between users and The Jam Zone Music Studio & Practice Facility.
Use of the facility constitutes full legal acceptance of these terms as of each date of entry and use.
